Working alongside two market-leading partners, you will be exposed to a diverse range of matters including the advisory and litigation of unfair dismissals, workplace investigations, workplace bullying and sexual harassment claims, work health and safety, award compliance and enterprise bargaining.You will work directly with businesses across various industry sectors such as construction, mining and resources, technology, education and training as well as medical and health services.Culture & Benefits

Your Skills Profile

• 3+ years PAE in employment and industrial relations matters;
• Strong technical knowledge, organisational and time management skills;
• A genuine passion and interest in employment law;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor junior members within the team; and
• Outstanding client service skills.
