About the role

We are currently recruiting a Works Packaging Officer to join our Maintenance and Inspection Works Development team. This role can be based anywhere within the Essential Energy footprint.

The Works Packaging Officer is accountable for providing administration assistance in the Maintenance branch, Network Development. The role will require the interpretation, input of data and other information in the development of work packages and maintenance of information entered into various databases supporting various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out the preparation, maintenance and follow up closure of administration paperwork as required in the Maintenance branch
  • Carry out business required quality checks and provide reports to recognise delays and errors in data information relating to work package returns
  • Undertake field work estimation functions based on enterprise guidelines and criteria utilising both system databases and work instructions to meet customer needs
  • Be responsible for the checking and entering of network data into business unit data systems and run reports as required

About You

In this role, you'll use your administrative experience in a works scheduling environment. You'll manage multiple projects, produce high-quality work packages, and maintain professional relationships. Your skills in data entry, report provision, and using relevant computer systems will be key.

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
