SalaryWorkshop Administration Date: 8 Feb 2024 Location: Withcott, QLD, AU, 4352 Company: Ventia ABOUT THE ROLE The Workshop Administrator provides vital support to the running of Ventia’s engineering and manufacturing facility. Based at our Withcott facility, Monday to Friday, you will be reporting to the Workshop Manager, and responsibilities will include: Time sheet entering MER & PO Tracking Parts expediting Fuel register balance and allocation Project code requests Project job folders and printing drawings Project completed cost tracking.
Compiling compliance and MDR Packages Entering weekly Mex equipment hours and printing weekly due work orders Maintaining inspection audit schedule Maintaining training matrix Safety meeting minutes Hazard report entering BENEFITS Up to $75000 package, inclusive of super (dependent on experience) Permanent role, representing good job security. PPE and Uniforms provided.
