ABOUT THE ROLE

The Workshop Administrator provides vital support to the running of Ventia’s engineering and manufacturing facility. Based at our Withcott facility, Monday to Friday, you will be reporting to the Workshop Manager, and responsibilities will include:

• Time sheet entering
• MER & PO Tracking
• Parts expediting
• Fuel register balance and allocation
• Project code requests
• Project job folders and printing drawings
• Project completed cost tracking.
• Compiling compliance and MDR Packages
• Entering weekly Mex equipment hours and printing weekly due work orders
• Maintaining inspection audit schedule
• Maintaining training matrix
• Safety meeting minutes
• Hazard report entering

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in a maintenance or construction administration environment, would be highly regarded. Additionally we will be looking for:

• Able to demonstrate proficient use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).  
• Exposure to SAP would be an advantage.
• Experience with MEX or other asset management software would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
