You'll enjoy being the team's key contact, handling tasks such as procuring materials, entering and following up on orders, completing administrative tasks, talking to our customers, and ensuring all day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
While we would love you to have experience in a similar field, your can-do attitude is what will get you this role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Strong computer skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ordering materials, stock, consumables, and sourcing parts as needed.
- Handling and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Answering telephone calls and managing customer inquiries.
- Pick up or deliver materials and supplies using company vehicles
- Entering jobs into our management software for seamless workflow.
- Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receipting payments via Eftpos and managing invoicing.
- Clean and sanitise breakroom, bathrooms and other common touch areas.
- Work with all Team Members to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
- Show a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
