Champagne Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Administrator to join an established Engineering company based in the Northern Adelaide suburbs.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of workshop-related data. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in data entry and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt, review and process all incoming customer orders and quotes.
- Daily communication with clients on current job progress and planned works
- Processing of delivery dockets and customer invoices
- Booking of freight both internally and externally
- Procurement of workshop consumables and services
- Support daily safety processes and protocols.
- Prepare and assist with improving weekly and monthly business reports & KPI’s.
- Assistance with quality assurance administration
- Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet reporting deadlines.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of workshop-related data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the workshop.
Qualifications:
- Proved experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a workshop environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry with a high level of typing speed and proficiency.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using database software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
