Workshop Controller

We are a Motor Vehicle Dealership in Wagga Wagga, NSW specialising in Mazda and Subaru. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Workshop Controller to join our team on a fulltime basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks for a team of technicians
• Manage Productivity and efficiency of technicians
• Monitor the progression of all jobs keeping service advisors updated as required
• Make certain that work Repair Orders are completed correctly for all work including Warranty procedures and ask for clarification if there are questions
• Road test cars with the customer
• Compliance with the procedures and policies 

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant work experience and trade qualifications
• Current driver's license
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Team Management Skills
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Demonstrates care and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, articulate and organised
• Understanding what needs to be prioritised, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understands each servicing job and the time it takes to carry out such a task for the Technician.
• Must be a people person
• Bring high energy and enthusiasm every day
• Be inspirational and lead by example
