Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Coordinator to join our team in Launceston. As the Workshop Coordinator you will be responsible for proactively coordinating and facilitating a variety of fleet and equipment administrative tasks for the
Northern Tasmania fleet and the effective execution of plant maintenance programs and all
other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

What you'll be responsible for
- Administrative oversight of 100 mobile assets in Northern Tasmania divisions
- Maintain workshop parts and stock levels completing weekly stocktakes
- Plant Maintenance master data management
- Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs in accordance with required deadlines
- Weekly scheduled servicing including spreadsheet updates, liaising internally and externally for scheduling
- Answering phone inquiries internally and externally and actioning as required
What you'll need to be successful
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within transport / logistics
- Drivers Licence
- Intermediate computer literacy
