The Opportunity:
Join the Komatsu team as an experienced Diesel Mechanic to perform the role of Leading Handand take charge of our day-to-day workshop operations! Your role involves coordinating a skilled team to meet customer needs, ensuring the workshop runs safely and profitably.
With a standard 40-hour work week and opportunities for overtime, the position offers more than just a job – it's a chance to be part of a thriving team.

- Certified Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter/Mechanic)
- Customer-focused with industry experience
- Driven to grow the Komatsu brand
- Proficient in risk analysis and swift implementation
- Strong professional communication skills
- Competent in basic computer programs
- Willing to mentor and develop staff
- Analytical problem solver
