WTC is seeking a highly skilled workshop Supervisor to join our Maintenance division based in Narrabri.
Your New Role
We are looking for a self-motivated maintenance supervisor with the drive and passion to develop a culture focused on safety and efficiency that will deliver high availability and reliability to our clients and our internal equipment fleet.
- Based in our Narrabri Workshop
- Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday
- Vehicle and Phone Supplied

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly;
- Work closely with clients to deliver their projects
- Demonstrated experience in a Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management
- Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
- Proven experience in delivery of machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management;
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day maintenance requirements for our fleet
- Provide regular updates to clients and Managers on our fleet and any repairs or maintenance requirement;
To be successful in this role you will need:
- HD Mechanical or Auto Electrician Trade Qualification with previous Caterpillar experience being advantageous
- 10 plus years experience in maintaining heavy plant industry
- Sound computer knowledge and skills
- Proven people and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver to deadlines and ensure maintenance activities are performed timely in accordance with company guidelines
- High level of safety and quality standards
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Effective planning and organisation skills including the establishment of goals, setting priorities and scheduling activities
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining budgets
