To support our continual growth, we are searching for an energetic Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding Painter and Blaster crew. Ideal candidate will need to be a Perth local role will be based of our Welshpool facility.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Production & Infrastructure Superintendent, the successful candidate will be required to supervise all painting and blasting activities to ensure deadlines are met, completed accurately to specifications and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of personnel
- Lead, motivate and mentor the team.
- Investigation, reporting and addressing of all incidents.
- Work u0027on the toolsu0027 as required, which includes all duties and tasks which are normally performed by a painter and blaster.
- Measurement taking & record keeping for paint/coating reports.
- Inspection of finished work, ensuring conformance to specifications.
- Youu0027ll have the full support of the Minprovise management team to help you excel in this role.

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar Supervisory role
- NACE Level 1 minimum (NACE 2 preferable)
- Experience in Spray Painting & the application of specialized coatings
- Various surface preparation and application, to requirements as set by client specifications, manufacturersu0027 recommendations, and Australian standards.
