SalarySilverstone have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join an AXS listed business and lead their local refurbishment workshop team.
- Naval Base location - Home every night
- $150,000 p/a minimum dependent on experience
- Monday - Friday

Position Purpose:
Manage and direct the workshop to ensure that efficiencies in the operation are achieved and monitored to produce quality work. Responsible for planning, leading and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Workshop Team.
Primary Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate a small team of Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers & an Electrician.
- Oversee the refurbishment of Mobile Crushing equipment.
- Provide maintenance support and guidance to mine site based Crushing projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading teams in the maintenance and upkeep of Mobile Crushing equipment and associated infrastructure
- Trade Qualification in Mechanical OR Fabrication
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the proven capacity to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Showcase previous experience with developing operation strategies and improvements.
- Experience with; Microsoft Office & Pronto
- Current Drivers Licence
