They are seeking an experienced individual to join their friendly team in the position of Workshop Supervisor.
Role
You will be a valued member of the 30 strong Production team with the following key responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling/Resource managing
- Organizing jobs within the workshop
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise during the fabrication stage
Specific tasks include:
- QA Checks
- Preparing Job packs / Materials
- Overseeing general workshop production
Candidate
The successful candidate will have worked in the production side of the Steel Fabrication industry with an expanding company for at least 10 years. That experience will have equipped you with the demonstrable ability to supervise a team of productive people in producing desirable, targeted outcomes.
If your background has also involved Project Management and time as a Welding Inspector it would be an advantage to your application, but these are desirable, not mandatory requirements.
You will however need the following:
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
- A current Forklift ticket
- A current Drivers Licence

Shortlisted candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a WA Police Clearance.
