Position description Job title/classification: Aviation Life Support Technician working with in the defence and search and rescue sectors.
Hours of work: Full time and Part time

Job Description:
- Maintenance, Repair and Build of products consisting of Helicopter and Fixed wing Helmets and Various test equipment
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, customer enquiries, organising files, drafting letters, quoting and scheduling meetings
- Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines
- Your working area may vary at times, depending on our workload. In some instances, you may be required to work in a different area of the business. For example: some interstate travel maybe required on occasions
Main Duties:
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate and carry out office service administration
- Provide high level of customer service
- Answer emails with an appropriate greeting, salutation, signature, or standard closing
- Answering phone and greet customers / visitors with an appropriate greeting when required
- General office duties and computer skills required
- Managing calendars
- Attend meetings when required
- Work with Office Admin manager to follow up on client issues until they are resolved
- Customer Sales enquires, assist and process accordingly
- Maintain, repair or build as per the manuals, Helmets, NVG’s, and various test sets
- Preparing excel reports
- Organising files
