Human Resources at Metro South Health are looking for a Work Related Violence and Aggression (WVA) Consultant to join their team until 30 June 2024. The WVA Consultant provides specialist WVA prevention training for clinical and non-clinical employees across all MSH facilities. Successful applicant will be required to work across Metro South Health facilities and services.

About the Role
- Risk Assessments, Training Needs Analysis and workplace training.
- Facilitate delivery of Maybo ® training to both clinical and non-clinical staff across Metro South Health facilities and community services.
- Identify, assess, and report on training needs analyses and identified interventions across MSH.
- Develop relationships and networks internally to promote and provide Maybo and occupational violence prevention and management support.
- Manage the administrative support and record maintenance of learning programs and activities.
