AddressFNP Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Yard Coordinator to join our client's operations team in Dalby, Queensland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas:
- QHSE Compliance (40%): Upholding safety and environmental standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Yard Operations (60%): Coordinating day-to-day operations, including stock management and yard maintenance.
- Ensuring all operations meet or exceed Client and customer expectations.
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring the yard's safety and environmental compliance.
- Reporting and addressing safety concerns, noncompliance matters, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Valid High-Risk Work Licence (Class LF).
- Australian working rights.
- First Aid Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Strong team player with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
