Yard Coordinator

Yard Coordinator needed for a Major Client in Dalby. Must have LF Forklift license and 2 years experience.

Yard Coordinator Position - Dalby, Queensland
FNP Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Yard Coordinator to join our client's operations team in Dalby, Queensland. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas:

• QHSE Compliance (40%): Upholding safety and environmental standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Yard Operations (60%): Coordinating day-to-day operations, including stock management and yard maintenance.

Key Outcomes:

• Ensuring all operations meet or exceed Client and customer expectations.
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring the yard's safety and environmental compliance.
• Reporting and addressing safety concerns, noncompliance matters, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Valid High-Risk Work Licence (Class LF).
• Australian working rights.
• First Aid Certificate preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong team player with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Resilient and action-oriented, with a commitment to self-development and innovation.
