We are currently searching for experienced, passionate and committed Yoga Instructors to deliver high quality group classes. You will work across our four main leisure centres - Leisurelink, Splashdown, Northern Aquatic & Community Hub and Bellarine Aquatics and Sports Centre. Sessions are available in the morning, afternoon and evening; so we are looking for friendly, energetic Instructors who are flexible and reliable.Work Type: Casual
Classification: Group Exercise - $61.89 p/h (inc casual loading)Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the safe, timely and effective set up, pack up and instruction of yoga sessions.
- Assisting with customer service duties.
- Performing minor cleaning.
- Assisting in administering first aid.
- Assisting in program administration/promotional duties.
The ideal candidate for these roles, will have previous experience teaching yoga programs and have the confidence and ability to liaise with a diverse range of people. You will have a friendly, outgoing personality and be committed to providing a quality level of service to the community.
- Experience teaching group fitness programs with a focus on yoga.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Yoga qualification (200-hour accredited yoga teacher training programme from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a yoga school recognised by Yoga Australia).
- First Aid / CPR and Victorian Working with Children Check.
- Preferred candidates will be required to perform a National Police Check and undergo a Medical & Functional Assessment as part of the recruitment process.
