The role will involve:Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to address actions aligned with Council’s strategies that focus on young people mental health and wellbeing. Lead the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of a range of outcome focused initiatives that address the wellbeing needs of young people through community development and strength based frameworks.Provide intake of short to medium term, outcome focused individual counselling/support to young people aged 12-25.Develop, facilitate and evaluate evidence based support programs, workshops and projects which aim to support the identified health and wellbeing needs of young people and their support networksTo be considered you will have: Local government experience is desirableRelevant Degree and/or Masters Qualification and experience in Youth Work, Counselling, Psychology, Social…
