Zero Harm Advisor - QLD

We now have a wonderful long-term opportunity for an established safety professional to join our Zero Harm team based out of Brisbane, QLD. As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across a multitude of projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

What you’ll bring

Exposure within the Civil Road Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Transport space will be highly regarded. You will also have:

• Tertiary qualifications Occupational Health and Safety advantageous.
• Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
• ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in a safety context.
• Influential and conversational communication style, utilising a partnering approach to build on learning insights across the business.
• Ability to adapt across complex working environments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative predisposition, appropriately exercising flexibility, and tenaciousness.
• OHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry operating accredited heavy vehicles.
• Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
