Job Description
Due to our Acciona, MACA, AECOM (AMA) Alliance being selected as the preferred proponent on the Ring Road Completion Project we are seeking to appoint a LinkedSite Administrator working out of the Collingwood project office. This role involves a large amount of admin with full training of the system we use.
The Project
The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link. Works includes 2km of new freeway upgrade, 3km of new freeway, separation of local roads from the freeway, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.
The system we use
LinkedSite is project management software developed by ACCIONA to capture costs, quantity and performance information in real time at the lowest level to enable informed conversations around production, productivity, geospatial monitoring, chain of responsibility compliance, sustainability, safety, procurement management, event management, cost and revenue forecasting and planning and scheduling.
Key accountabilities for the position

• Ensure that all contractual obligations under the subcontracts are loaded and administered through LinkedSite and the subcontract is administered in accordance with the conditions and provisions of the agreement Schedule or Rates, Labour or Plant Hire, Lump Sum.
• Support the project team in effectively managing and maintaining subcontractor and supplier access and utilisation of LinkedSite.
• Support ongoing compliance by subcontractors with all subcontract terms in conjunction with the project team. maintain, review and manage relevant registers i.e register of subcontract users, status, issues rectification and development.
• Ensure all subcontracts are scanned into the relevant system and ensure documentation is securely stored in accordance with business protocols.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 3 years in a general administration or finance exposure in the Construction Industry
• High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role.
• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
