AddressDue to sustained growth in small Sydney-based agency, we're hiring a 0.6 FTE Mid - Senior Marketing Manager / Mid-Senior Account Manager with copywriting experience.
Generally, we're looking for someone who has:
✅ A well-rounded Account Manager with good copywriting experience across B2B and B2C clients including finance, lending and professional services clients.
✅ Agency Account Manager experience preferred, brand side experience as well a bonus. Our approach is highly personalised and we're an extension of our clients' teams, so appreciation for a 'full-funnel' and 'whole marketing mix' approach is highly regarded
✅ Organic social management experience and organic content experience (social, blog, eDM).
✅ Social content creation experience (end-to-end creation or editing when videos supplied by clients)
✅ Paid social experience or willingness to upskill and learn social ad management (covering LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok). A working knowledge and some level of experience is required here
✅ Client comms and client management
✅ Ongoing weekly community engagement
✅ Demonstrated organic growth of channels
✅ Copywriting for socials, blogs, eDMs (this will often need to be done by you, so excellent copywriting skills is well regarded for this role)
✅ A creative eye (note that we have in-house design support but experience with Canva is required)
✅ Strategic input (end-to-end strategy experience a bonus)
✅ Reporting
✅ Client WIPs online and occasional site visits
✅ 1-2 days in office (Martin Place), rest from home. Hours flexible across Monday - Thursday.
