The chosen candidate will strengthen the existing workshop team and play a crucial role in the company’s continued expansion.Position Overview: 
Our client is currently seeking an experienced First-Class Machinist to join client skilled team. As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual mills and lathes to fabricate intricate parts.
• Independently set up and operate machinery.
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately to ensure precise work.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Trade Qualification: You must be a qualified Manual Machinist with expertise in mills and lathes.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Precision: A commitment to producing work to exacting standards.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with horizontal boring and slotting (although not essential).
