The key duties of the position include
The Property Officer will manage our portfolio of owned, leased commercial and residential properties that are located in both urban and remote communities. Responsibilities will include managing employee and head leases, service contracts, property maintenance, managing property letting, inspections and preparation of reports and recommendations.
The Property Maintenance Officer will be responsible for a wide range of property and facility management related functions, which are integral to supporting the NLC's strategic objectives and continuity of business through the provision of property management services, systems and infrastructure. This includes the management of both owned and leased commercial and residential properties across the NLC's network.
