Qualifications & experience
- Completion or enrolled in Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (2nd, 3rd or 4th year)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and passion for the automotive industry.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in repairing/servicing vehicles to a high quality standard and to allocated time frames.
- Lean and apply technical skills under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised works environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
- Supply your own hand tools
- Hold a Manual Drivers License
