About the Company
We are a family owned and run local company comprising of 21 current employees.
We provide all catering requirements for the Gerroa Boat Fisherman's Club and trade as The Seahorse Oceanview within the Club.
We trade 7 days a week, providing daily lunch and dinner service and cater for all functions such as presentations, conferences, weddings and other functions.
Your Role
- Prepare and execute dishes under direct supervision of a Senior Chef.
- Report to the Head Chef.
- Maintain safe food handling practices at all times.
- Break down and storage of stock deliveries.
- Engage and be mindful of stock rotation.
- Comply with Company procedures and policies
Skills and Experience
- Completion of 1st Year Apprenticeship (minimum)
- Completion of Food Handling Basics Course.
- Drivers Licence
