Our growing company has had an increase in our current work load and work projections for the next few years, we are currently looking for a 2nd Year Electrical Apprentice to join our energetic team.
We are looking for someone who currently holds a drivers licence and white card. Experience in domestic electrical installations is highly regarded. Ideally the applicant needs to be striving for a career in the electrical industry and must have a driven motivated mindset. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has a positive attitude and is able to work well within a team environment.
We have moved to a new state of the art showroom and workshop that is based in Bundoora (close to the ring road) with work all over Melbourne. The bulk of our work is focused in the south eastern suburbs and down the Peninsula.
We are focus our work on the high end domestic market offering a wide range of electrical services, from light and power to data, communications all the way to complete home automation and home cinemas the applicant will be offered the opportunity if capable to learn these skills by the company paying for training courses.

- Have an understanding of domestic automation is desirable
- Have knowledge or understanding in any fields of alarms, security, access control and intercoms will be regarded highly
- A good IT understanding is a necessary as this will open pathways for integration courses in the future
- Must own basic tools
- Be open to future training and courses for skill development.
Driver's licence and own transport required, the opportunity for a company car and further training may arise.
Pre-Apprenticeship preferred - Certificate II in Electrotechnology
Immediate start is preferable.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
