Working from the ideal Sydney Olympic Park location, you will be responsible for collaborating with a range of different clients within the blue and white collar market. You will be driven to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.Manage your day…

• Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, placing, and managing candidates
• Prioritising candidate care and building meaningful relationships
• Business development and account management
• Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships
• End-to-end full life cycle recruitment using best in breed and fully integrated recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)!

• Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
• High level of interpersonal communication
• Proven track record of business development success
• Experience in recruitment (blue or white-collar labour hire preferred)
• Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills
