Litton Andrews - providing a Total Medical/Healthcare Recruitment and Consultancy Service with the best staffing, practice and business solutions.Due to increased demand, we are actively seeking to appoint the expertise of 5 x Medical Receptionist/Secretaries to work collectively with a range of clients across the areas of Orthopaedics, Urology, Psychiatry and Colorectal Surgery.Each of the positions below are offering an immediate start!Position 1 - Medical Typist (Spring Hill, Brisbane), experienced Orthopaedic Typist required to work 2 days a week (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) with the option of a 3rd day. The practice use Genie software, paperless practice with state of the art technology and an impressive modern fitout. This position will be based on-site in rooms - no work from home option.Position 2 - Senior Medical Secretary (Greenslopes, Brisbane), supporting a busy solo Orthopaedic Surgeon based in rooms across at Greenslopes Private Hospital. The practice use Gentu software and Eclipse for billing. This position will offer the right candidate, a permanent Part Time position working 4 days a week, with flexibility around the hours/days.Position 3 - Medical Receptionist/Secretary (Spring Hill, Brisbane), supporting an established Upper Limb Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Spring Hill, working 2-3 days a week (Monday and Wednesdays with the 3rd day optional). The practice use Clinic to Cloud software. Immediate start!Position 4 - Junior Medical Receptionist/Administrator (Spring Hill, Brisbane), supporting a busy Psychiatry practice based along the Wickham Terrace. The position will offer the right candidate 3-4 days a week (flexible with the days), working 8:30am to 4:30pm each day. Front desk medical reception, clinic administration and general secretarial support to a small team. Shexie software. This is a 12 month maternity leave contract. Commencing end of January 2024.Position 5 - Senior Medical Receptionist/Secretary (South Brisbane, Brisbane), supporting 2 established and busy Colorectal Surgeons with the day to day running of their private specialist practice. 2-3 days each week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday with at least one of the days working from home. This is a senior position, prior experience using Genie and Eclipse billing systems essential. Immediate start!To be closely considered, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years medical reception, secretarial and/or medical typing experience (ideally coming from another private specialist practice)
• Solid computer/IT skills, any previous exposure using Genie/Gentu, Shexie, Clinic to Cloud and Eclipse billing software will be viewed favourably
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work closely within a small team setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality and strong time management skills
• Ability to use your initiative
• Self-motivated, immaculately presented with meticulous attention to detail towards your work
