Due to high demand for our services, various new roles have become available for Blenders, Process Workers and Machine Operators. If you have experience in one or more of these fields, we would love to hear from you!

POSITIONS ON OFFER
BLENDER
Duties may include and are not limited to; weighing and measuring raw ingredients, operating mixers and machinery, loading and unloading mixers, quality checks, ability to work in a dusty environment.
PROCESS WORKERS
Duties may include and are not limited to; working on a production line, checking for quality, labelling and packaging products, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, operate hand and mechanical tools such as pallet jacks.
WAREHOUSING
Duties may include and are not limited to Picking and packing orders, forklift driving, distribution tasks, supporting Production Team.
TEAM LEADER
Duties may include and are not limited to supervising a production team, adhering to the Company's Safety, Quality and GMP standards. You will take ownership of daily and weekly manufacturing and performance. In this role, you will need a sound knowledge of machine setting and mechanical troubleshooting. This position will also be involved in developing SOP's, training and coaching staff. Due to growth, this may also include an afternoon shift.
Please note: All above roles will require you to be able to frequently and comfortably lift up to 25kgs using safe manual handling methods. Please do not apply if you feel you are unable to lift this amount. Also required is the ability to reach forward, upwards or downwards, to stand and walk for prolonged periods, up to 3-4 hours at a time, occasionally bend or squat, undertake and complete manual tasks with repetitive nature with bilateral hand and upper limb, pushing and pulling forces, grip or an open handed grip to reposition components without risk to self.
An ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety boots, and gloves as required.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
• Full time availability required.
• Previous experience in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry – not essential but highly regarded
• Knowledge of WH&S practices
• Be a punctual, reliable, and resilient team player
• Be physically fit for repetitive and, at times, heavy lifting
• Fast paced packing
• Steel capped footwear required
• An ability to follow directions and work safely following operating procedures
• Literacy skills required to complete production sheets record keeping
• Recent references required
• Forklift license is essential for warehouse positions, advantageous for process workers/packers/production positions.
