20th March, 2024 The Change Lead is responsible for supporting the Program Director/Change Sponsor/Chief/GM of the Program initiative by applying a structured methodology of change; development and design of the strategic approach tosuccessfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people and culture) across a portfolio of programs. Leading a team including the Change Manager, Change Coordinator and/or the Change Analyst, the Change Lead mobilises the portfolio change roadmap for the realisation of the change, addresses impacts relating to implementing that change, successful measurement and evaluation of adoption, develop/implement initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity, coordinate cross organisation dependencies and impacts including team member transition, knowledge retention and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.
