Form of workTalent is partnering with our consulting client to source a Change Lead to work on a SuccessFactors implementation for their Defence client. Our client is a globally recognised advisory and consulting firm and a leader in their field.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on at least one SuccessFactors implementation
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Terms
- Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend
- Must have Baseline Clearance
- Paying approximately $1200 per day
