Our client is an established Queensland state Department, with a focus on looking after the community. A rare opportunity for an A03 HR Administration Officer has become available.
Your new role
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing HR administrative services to all employees in relation to the employee lifecycle
Responding to HR and recruitment enquiries in a timely manner
Creating and updating employment contracts
Providing induction for new employees
Keeping the HR related databases up to date
Assisting with recruitment activities
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following :
Previous experience within an HR Administrative role
A strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
Be systems savvy and proficient in MS office, as well as having used payroll software and learning management systems software
A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a team and autonomously
