AO4 Business Support Coordinator - WHS & Electrical Team

The Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join this close knit team in a 6 month role with possible extension. Your duties will include:
- Oversee and coach a team of administrative staff.
- Provide a central point of contact for the provision of quality information to regional staff on a range of financial, information management, records management, and other administrative issues.
- Develop, implement and maintain office, information technology and administrative systems including the management and maintenance of office equipment and associated technologies.
- Manage and monitor internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing calls and provide responses aligned with KPIs.
- Prepare, monitor and maintain various reports.
- Coordinate invoice management processes
- Maintain registers for the team in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the procurement of goods and services for the team.
You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years strong demonstrated Administration background. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Completed or currently studying a Graduate Diploma in OHS.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong Administration skills
- Exposure to financial tasks
- Excellent communication skills
