- Monitoring of the local systems and relevant interfaces on a daily basis including troubleshooting any issues in a timely manner. This includes troubleshooting the POS, CRM, EDI, B2B, Warehousing and Ecommerce processes
- Support all users in creating incidents to Accenture & 3rd party vendors for both SAP and IT processes including assisting them with timely resolutions.
- Providing support to External IT technician where necessary to ensure appropriate incidents are solved
- support the business to perform various SAP processes such as stock movements, stock take, ecommerce & master data and price list preparation
- Perform minor IT functions such as creating SAP authorization and IT requests, assisting with preparation of hardware for new users. This includes liaising with external IT support to ensure hardware is available and software is installed
- Support the IT infrastructure & POS in retail stores, include building & installing new POS machine
- Keep records such as IT assets documentation
- Procurement of IT asset
- A Degree/ Tertiary qualification in Business or IT.
- Good understanding of POS, eCommerce, EDI and SAP (or similar ERP software) is essential.
- Advanced Excel is essential with strong knowledge of formulas and pivot tables. Exposure to Microsoft Query would be desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous exposure to change management preferred
- A high attention to detail, logical and analytical thought processes
- Must have advanced Excel skills.
- Strong Microsoft Windows knowledge
- Problem solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to interact with staff and customers from all levels within our organization, and external parties.
- Organizational and time management skills as well as ability to utilize initiative, be reliable and flexible
