About The Role
As a Human Resource Officer at Kambu Health, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our organisation's success. You will be responsible for various Human Resource functions. Within this role, you will also be required to:
- Assist with recruitment and selection related administration e.g., candidate screenings, interviews, onboarding, separation processes, documentation etc.
- Provide assistance in monitoring and tracking the completion of activities, such as induction programs and probation reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and Human Resource databases.
- Generate of Human Resources reports and collate Human Resource data to produce regular and ad-hoc Human Resource reporting.
- Provide support in managing internal and external Human Resource inquiries, addressing information requests, and maintaining effective communication with all areas regarding Human Resources.
- Offer support and assistance in matters related to industrial relations, with a vision to learn and develop skills in this field.
- Contribute to the delivery of Human Resource projects and programs and perform miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
- Generalist administration duties, including managing Human Resources email inbox, support for contract generation, and ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion required in a Human Resource function.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to multitask or shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of business technology and desktop applications; including the use of Microsoft Office packages, and internet database packages such as Employment Hero.
- Have a minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar Human Resources related role.
- Hold a current Blue Card.
- Ability to gain a suitable criminal history check.
- Hold a current C Class Driver’s License (QLD).
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%.
- Four (4) weeks annual leave.
