Your new company
Our client is a Queensland government agency based in Brisbane that provides a multitude of products and services to deliver strategic project plans in the area of transport and roads. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Coordinator to their commercial contract management team to assist with their various and ongoing commercial agreements.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting future tender releases of expired and expiring commercial agreements in the roads and transport area. This includes reviewing existing commercial agreements and creating a tenancy schedule of existing agreements. You will also map GPS coordinates into GIS maps for the department’s portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the delivery of commercial contracts in building, maintenance, and upgrade work. Therefore, you will ideally come from a background in property administration or commercial property contract management, with a relevant discipline in either of these fields. Additionally, you will have prior experience mapping GPS coordinates into GIS maps for a property portfolio. Given your role includes tender and documentation, you will also need a solid understanding of Microsoft programs in order to complete regular project reporting.
What you'll getting return
You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time contracted role with a government agency located in Carseldine. Your initial contract will run for 6 months with the possibility of extension, paying an A04 hourly rate + super. You will also have the potential opportunity to work from home.
