Job Description:Our On-Demand Module (ODM) contract is to service both business and commercial customers along with residential applications providing them access to NBN's fixed network across all technologies including FTTP, FTTC, FTTN and HFC. The contract covers NSW, QLD and WA and utilises a schedule of rates model to complete the works. Project Coordinator to join our team based out of our project office in Milton QLD.
ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Construction Manager, the role of
Project Coordinator is responsible for performing, coordinating and overseeing administrative duties in support of the Project. The performance objectives for the role reflect responsibility for comprehensive assistance and administrative support to the whole program. This includes but is not limited to:
- preparing reports,
- handling information requests,
- preparing correspondence,
- scheduling meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for an excellent multi-tasker who can manage conflicting priorities, likes a challenge and genuinely enjoys working with others. You will be versatile and willing to learn outside your comfort zone combined with a strong and persistent approach to resolving problems at a detailed level to meet project requirements.
ABOUT YOU- Proven project administration experience in a large project team within a large organisation
- Experience in Telecommunications and Construction industries is preferable
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email software, Power Point and SharePoint
- Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
