State Government Department require an Instructional Designer to start in a contract ASAP
Your new company
We have partnered with a diverse State Government Department who are currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join their team. A position has been created to assist in the development and delivery of a range of diverse projects.
Your new role
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop training activities, content and assessments to support the learning strategies
- Use authoring software Articulate 360 to design, create and maintain learning programs within eLearning platforms , information management systems and data sources to support training and development activities
- Provide timely and quality information and advice, including written and verbal presentations, project management updates and reports, and learning material design documents
- Undertake research, analysis and interpretation of legislation, policies and procedures to support development of learning material
What you'll need to succeed
To be able to hit the ground running and be considered for this role, your skill set will entail:
- Experience in instructional design concepts using adult learning principles, including development of eLearning activities and assessments
- Experience using Learning Management Systems is desirable
- Experience using Articulate 360 software
