Access theYour opportunity:Drawing on your knowledge of instructional design methods and the fundamental principles of adult learning, you'll help us design, develop and deliver frameworks, programs, and initiatives that support Queensland's public sector leaders, managers, and employees.Working closely with project managers and project officers, you'll bring strong written communication skills and give advice on learning interventions, reference material, and resources to ensure our projects and operations are delivered well. You'll produce compelling text, materials, and resources for use in blended training model environments (e.g. e-learning content, presentations, digital content, workbooks, assessment instruments, and more).Some of your responsibilities will include:
- role modelling a commitment to the principles of equity, diversity, respect and inclusion
- contributing to the development of learning frameworks and associated business and system practices
- using instructional design methods to structure, design, and develop content and materials for a broad range of learning interventions for multiple sector-wide projects
- maintenance and transition of existing learning materials and job aides
- maintaining knowledge of new and emerging learning technologies and design principles working closely with colleagues across PSC and with the Office of the Special Commissioner, Equity and Diversity to influence and deliver strategic priorities
