Our client is the state's largest healthcare provider who are committed to ensuring all Queenslanders have access to a range of public healthcare services. Our client is looking for a Principal Change Analyst for a fixed term contract until 12 July 2024.
Your new role
As the Principal Change Analyst, you will collaborate with the Project Implementation Manager and the broader Integrated Workforce Management program team to facilitate the implementation of the IWFM program rostering solution to all Hospital and Health Service staff within Queensland. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector and the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution and management environment (S/4HANA solution).
You will:
Collaborate with the project implementation team, senior change specialists and the state-wide business transformation lead to plan and deliver appropriate communications, business process analysis, change impact analysis, training and change activities to support the successful transition for staff to the new rostering solution
Manage, identify, develop and plan select business change management
Initiate, influence and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders
Drive the rapid adoption of new concepts and processes
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to travel intra-state (Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville) with a travel allowance
Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change
Proven ability to deliver change activities
Proven stakeholder relationship management skills
Remain up to date with vaccination required in a healthcare environment
