Your teamThe Change team offer enterprise change support across Great Southern Bank, from strategic programs through to smaller business lead initiatives. We also build enterprise capability through a range of initiatives, including Strategic Workforce Planning, ways of working, optimising our operating model, plus monitoring and reporting enterprise impacts.
We have the opportunity for a Change Analyst to work on an enterprise-wide risk framework project, for a 6-month contract.
This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office.
Your impact and contribution
As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering change management activities and supporting Senior Change Lead for Great Southern Bank's initiatives.
Your responsibilities
These are the key deliverables and accountabilities required for success:
- Managing the administration of stakeholder planning
- Co-ordinating, Scheduling and recording Training and Workshops for the programme across the enterprise.
- Writing and publishing communications for stakeholders on workplace, MS Teams, email and staff intranet.
- Co-ordination of procedural updates.
- Responding to questions from stakeholders.
- Analysis of reporting and drafting summary results
- Participate in system business readiness planning including co-ordinating testing with test lead and hyper-care support.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience developing and implementing communication and training materials.
- Ability to present complex technical information into simple visual documents/one pagers
- Previous experience as a Change Analysis / Specialist is preferred, but not essential.
- Expert in Microsoft Suite - MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Relevant industry body member e.g. Change Management Institute (not essential)
- Study or qualifications in Change Management (not essential)
