The Women's and Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women and children in Adelaide and South Australia.
We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions and SA's largest maternity and obstetric service. We also provide important community-based services of which Cedar Health is an integral part.
About Cedar Health
We are in inclusive Domestic and Family Violence Healthcare service, offering multi-disciplinary care and a pathway for consumers to get the healthcare they need, which might otherwise be difficult to access.
Cedar Health Service offers counselling with social workers, health checks with doctors and nurses, as well as culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and refugee/migrant communities.
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within Cedar Health for an Aboriginal Clinical Health Worker (OPS4) to join us, working in a full-time capacity in a long term contract (until 3 January 2025).
In this role of Aboriginal Clinical Health Worker - (OPS4) you will:

• Plan and deliver a high standard of clinically specialised consumer health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing Family and Domestic Violence in line with the CHS Model of Care.
• Provide a high level of quality clinical care within a multidisciplinary team environment including delivering specific health care programs, assessing and treating clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support and guide where appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of partnerships and collaborative initiatives with community groups, health professionals and organisations.
