This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments for 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s).

Position Profile: As part of a team, provide culturally appropriate health care for clients with a Primary Health care focus promoting the development of self-care and responsibility for health and assist in providing clinical and disease control services when required.
