$171,061 package includes salary ($152,069), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Manager TAFE Services is responsible for leading and managing a team of coordinators to ensure that the full range of learning/campus operations and services delivered by corporate support and skills delivery functions at assigned regional sites meet high levels of performance and excellence in customer experience.
About You
With a track record of achievement, you will have gained your experience within a large organisation and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change. You will be a hands-on individual with a high level of initiative and professionalism with the ability to be agile, work flexibly and autonomously in a highly dynamic environment.
To succeed in the role, you have demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to seek new relationships as well as maintain existing key relationships.
Applying your leadership experience, you will be leading a dynamic team who have a passion for education, TAFE NSW and the TAFE NSW values. You will have experience in operations, managing competing priorities and the ability to multitask to achieve business outcomes and be able to meet the following essential requirements: * Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relations with the ability to lead a high performing team and to influence, engage and work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives embedding customer centric principles in operations.
  • Confirmation of Aboriginality.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
