AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTO Academic Manager to be based in our state-of-the-art facilities in Brisbane.
As the Academic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of training for this high-quality RTO are coordinated efficiently, delivered effectively, and assessed appropriately. You will also be able to provide relief in key roles, develop relevant internal training, and source external training when necessary.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, relevant vocational qualifications, and at least 5-7 years of quality-related experience. You should also have knowledge and experience with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and ESOS Act and National Code of Practice. CRICOS experience is a must, and QLD State funding experience is desirable but not essential.
This role will manage 9 faculty managers, with a focus on the 5 biggest faculties: Business, Early Childhood, Commercial Cookery, Community Services/Individual Support, and Hospitality. It is important that the candidate has experience in at least one of these subject areas. The role will require a strong focus on delivery experience and developing training and assessment strategies to ensure a high-quality student experience.
