- Oracle Service cloud development and support experience
- Experience in PHP development
- Proven experience with integrating systems through APIs (e.g., integrating with Drupal / Ruby on Rails Applications and MicroFocus Enterprise Content Manager).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
