Primary Location QLD - Fortitude ValleyJob Description Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Completions Engineer to join Service Stream in our national offices.About the RoleService Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Completions Engineer to join our growing company. You will be responsible for providing technical review of the SAED, civil and ICIO components of the NBN FW build to the required NBN and relevant standards specifications at the level of utmost quality. Compiling, reviewing and delivering to the customer and liaising with the contractors to ensure timely delivery of each Project stageNature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: National OfficesReporting Line: Acceptance ManagerKey Responsibilities
This role is responsible for:

• Responsible for the review of the completion requirements from site acquisition, civil construction and build.
• Work with clients and sub-contractors to ensure all groups are aligned with the requirements of completions.
• Advise and provide support to sub-contractors and internal team members on completion requirements
• Support the wider project team by assisting in the reviewing and updating of project status, identifying opportunities for improvement and managing delays
• Assist in the analysis of trends and escalating issues
• Assist in the analysis and management of the completion commitment dates with the project schedule
• With the support of the technical team, drive the rectification of defects pre and post request of completion
• Manage non-conformance issues ensuring rectification in SLA timeframe
• Awareness of KPIs and contract performance requirements are met
• Ensure all required management systems documentation is adhered to
• Ensure accuracy of data in the work order Management System
• Ensure on time submission of reporting and completion information
• Proactively administer project documentation and delivery of works with respect to completion requirements and acceptable quality framework

• Bachelor Degree Telecommunications or similar demonstrative high performance educational background
• Relevant industry knowledge and experience
• An understanding of the completions process end to end with experience highly regarded
• A background working within an Engineering/ Telco Construction environment highly regarded
• Previous telecommunications project experience desirable
• A knowledge of the NBN Fixed Wireless network and the build standards highly regarded
• Ability to provide practical solutions to day to day problems
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with a range of stakeholders including management, staff and clients.
• Strong communication skills and a pro-active nature
• Strong organisational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
