F & B Manager

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced F & B Manager to lead their team and create unforgettable moments for their visiting guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to the bar staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
• Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality beverages, cocktails, and mocktails.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, orders, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise profit.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Training: Train and mentor staff on best practices, recipes, and service standards.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol regulations and health standards.
• Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, including time-off requests and shift rotations.

What you Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of the Hospitality Industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
