This full-time position will assist with day to day running of accommodation and room booking functions. This role works across a rotating roster and the candidate must be able to meet their rostered hours. (Shift penalties apply).

This position will assist with day to day running of accommodation and room booking functions and requires outstanding Customer Service and an intermediate level of computer skills with high level of data accuracy.
This role works across a rotating roster and the candidate must be able to meet their rostered hours. (Shift penalties apply). A current drivers licence and reliable transport is mandatory for this role.
The position includes:
- Maintaining Reservation Booking Systems
- Ensuring room information is up to date in real time
- Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded too
- Perform the daily accommodation and reception desk services
- Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained
- Follow safety practices in the workplace
What you'll bring:
- Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role;
- Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable);
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory);
- Experience with the Defence Estate Management System (desirable);
- Must hold a current Australian Drivers License;
- Be able work various shifts across a 28 day rotating roster (mandatory)
